• The client can cancel the reservation until 45 days before arrival day with no extra charges apart from the deposit paid which is non refundable.
• If the cancellation is made within 45 days before arrival day the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

• People that are not part of the group which have booked the villa cannot sleep at the property
• It´s forbidden to smoke inside the villa according to the Spanish law 28/2005
• No noise is allowed between 12:00 am to 7:00 am
• Proper use of the facilities and furniture is mandatory
• Excessive alcohol consumption is forbidden
• The use of drugs or narcotics is forbidden
• The establishment is not responsible for the content of the safes
• Any damage caused by the guests during their stays will be charged to the client accordingly
• The celebration of parties and events is allowed with owner preapproval and previous agreement of extra cleaning cost
If the client does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth in this rules of conduct section, the owner has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect and request the clients to evict the property. The customer must pay for the damages caused by their illegal conduct.
