Terms & Security Deposit

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the following conditions apply:

• Villa terms and conditions apply and will be provided to guests for signature.
• A fully refundable USD 1,000 / THB 30,000 security deposit (or equivalent) is required upon arrival.
• Any damages or breakages will be assessed by management and charged at replacement value where applicable.
• Any applicable charges must be settled before departure.
