• Additional guests: USD 59 per bed per night, subject to availability and prior arrangement

Terms & Security Deposit

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the following terms apply:

• Villa terms and conditions apply and will be provided to guests for signature.
• A fully refundable USD 500 / THB 15,000 security deposit (or equivalent) is required upon arrival.
• Any damages or breakages will be assessed by the General Manager where applicable and charged at replacement value.
• Any applicable charges must be settled in full before departure.

• 15% Long-Stay Discount: Available for stays of 7 nights or more
• 10% Early Bird Discount: For bookings made 120 days or more in advance, with the required deposit paid
• 10% Last-Minute Discount: For bookings made within 30 days of the stay
• 30% Monthly Discount: Available for stays of 28 nights or more
